Administration

The administrative offices are located at the Enrico Fermi building. The following sections handle the administrative matters at ICTP:

• Accommodation, catering and guesthouse services:  Housing office and the cafeteria services
  
• Budget and finance office: The overseers of ICTP's budgeting, accounting and treasury services also manage ICTP's operations and travel office, travel agency, and the banking services provided on campus
• Information and Communication Technology Section
• Medical service
• Personnel office
• Multimedia Publications and Printing Services
  
• Security services, which include services provided by the passport and visa information office
