People and Services: ICTP Phonebook
To find information about people working at ICTP, as well as services offered, for example phone number, room location and section, group or which office people are working for. This service is managed by the ACS and the Communications Section.
Staff Working Hours
The Centre's official working hours for staff are Monday to Friday, 8:30 to 16:48 (with a 48 minute lunch break between 12:00 and 14:00). The ICTP Main Building remains open from 6:00 to 22:00 each day, except Sunday, when the hours are 6:00 to 20:00. The bank, travel agency and insurance company counters in the Enrico Fermi Building are open during the Centre's normal hours, Monday through Friday. Reception desks in the Adriatico and Galileo Guesthouses are staffed around the clock.
