Global Model: EC-Earth

A full physic earth system climate model

EC-Earth is a full physic earth system climate model, developed from cycle 31R1 of the ECMWF integrated forecast system model.

ICTP have been involved in the testing of the new EC-EARTH system, and have adapted the climplot package used at ECWMF to evaluate both the system 3 seasonal forecast system in addition to forecast integrations made with the new EC-EARTH model. More details to be posted soon.
